Martin Neason - Director

Over the past 21 years Martin has held a varied number of customer facing roles in the UK Financial Services industry.

Martin's career started at the Halifax but after a move to London he became an IFA in a successful brokerage in London, SW15. From here Martin joined The Exchange as an Account Manager quickly progressing to Account Director managing The Exchange's relationships with the major Life and Pension companies. Before joining Global Funds Registration Martin was E-Commerce Relationship Manager at Skandia, responsible for the e-commerce relationships Skandia has with their advisers, the major technology players and other industry organisations.

Jennifer Hemming - Registrations Executive

Jenny is a graduate from Durham University and has worked in the financial sector for over 4 years.

Jenny previously worked for AXA in client services and sales support for IFA’s, AR’s (Appointed Representatives) and Development Managers. Within this role Jenny's responsibility was for regional key accounts and document compliance for all clients.

Jenny joined GFR in 2007 and is responsible for legal and translation liaison across multiple jurisdictions.

Michael Holland - Non-Executive Director

A graduate of Oxford University, Michael spent 7 years with Citibank in the Middle East, New York and London, specialising in asset-based and off-balance sheet finance. In 1984 he co-founded LSD Software which provided portfolio and pension administration software to IFA's and institutions. LSD was sold to the Fame Group in 1990. With a group of investors, he bought Prestel from BT in 1994 and later sold it to Scottish Telecom, staying with the business and developing its Internet strategy. While at Prestel, he co-founded Financial Express. He organised the sale of Prestel to FE prior to Scottish Telecom's flotation as thus in 1999.

Peter La Brooy - Non-Executive Director

A graduate of Manchester University and a qualified chartered accountant, Peter has worked with Michael and Craig since 1984. Financial Director of LSD Software (1984 to 1992), Group Financial Conotroller of the Fame Group (1992 - 1994) and Financial Director and Company Secretary of Financial Express since 1996. Peter controls the finance and administration departments of FE.

Nick Cumming - Non-Executive Director

Nick began his career in 1987 with Prudential Investments and is a marketing professional specialising primarily in UK based open-ended investment funds. During his career, which also includes Invesco Perpetual and Gartmore, Nick has gained vast experience in the delivery of all forms of marketing communications to investors and advisors.

Nick has always preferred a wide remit in all areas of the communications mix coupled with deep product knowledge. Adopting a 'hands on' approach, Nick has written and delivered promotional and technical marketing material, from the humble factsheet, to product launch brochures and advertising.

His previous role was Head of Marketing Communications at Gartmore. At TFM he drafts and produces technical marketing materials and communication plans for clients. He has been keenly involved in the development of Simplified Prospectuses for a number of clients.

Patrick Nolan - Non-Executive Director

With a banking educational background, Patrick began his career in 1974 as a Trustee with Midland Bank for around 120 funds from various fund management groups.

Patrick's previous position was Head of Product at Gartmore Investments. He has a keen eye for product profitability. Patrick is TFM's product engineering specialist, having carried out rationalisations, mergers, acquisitions and launches.

He converted all Gartmore's funds to COLL with full UCITs 3 investment powers and is carrying out similar exercises with a number of TFM clients. Patrick comes with a wealth of experience and contacts, and has worked closely with depositaries, lawyers, and the FSA.

Patrick's overseas experience includes, in 2007, assisting as a Director of a major administration company during a transitional launch period in Gibraltar.
